We are proud to announce the addition of a 3,000 gallon tanker to our list of active apparatus based at Cos Cob, Station 2.

The 2011 Peterbuilt Tanker 2 will proudly serve and provide as a flexible water source, operated and run by our volunteers, at a number of emergency incidents across town, and across the state as part of the 'Tanker Task Force'.

On July 27th, 2011 Chris O’Brien, a member of the Trumbull Volunteer Fire Company No.1 Inc. was tragically injured while on vacation.

The Cos Cob Volunteer Fire Company held a movie night for family and friends of the fire company. Roughly 16 members and friends of the fire company and ladies auxiliary came together on a rainy and cold evening to share dinner and enjoy the family film, Toy Story 3. All-in-all, everyone had a great time!

We hope to see you at the next fire company event in May/June!
